This short notice covers the details you give us on this page to register your interest in WeGroom. It is a working draft pending legal review. WeGroom is a trading name of Franca Technologies Limited, registered in Ireland.
What we collect
Your email address, and optionally whether you are a pet owner or a groomer. That is all this page collects.
Why we collect it
To email you about the WeGroom launch and, if you are a groomer, the Founding Groomer offer. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box and submitting the form.
Who processes it
We store your details with Supabase (database hosting) and send email through Resend (email delivery), acting as our processors. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until we launch and contact you, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the details we hold, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email us at hello@wegroom.ie. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
